I can buy the sunburned smiley with energy:
but the tourist is in classic
and so are the summer 2015 decorations
EDIT: i just realized the 2nd pic doesn't work. its an image of the tourist smiley being in the classic shop

I think it was due to that it was not explicitly states that it would be moved to Classic so a decision was made to tell people before moving it even though it should have been assumed to be moved (Admins are too kind)
