I've done more testing and I think I know what it is. No one has encountered it before because no one has had as big of maps as I do. The bot will disconnect after X amount of blocks placed without a break in the commands - not a Thread.Sleep, but an actual break where it terminates. I can draw the same map using 4 commands in a row with no disconnect, while one command drawing it all will disconnect.

Post your new code, I'm interested. Your explanation also wasn't that clear - what do you mean by "terminates"?.
