smileybunni is correct in payvault. I fixed the misspelled mummy.
I also added the current halloween smileys to special.

i'm almost sure this smiley turned classic some months ago

actually many of them changed to classic and you didn't put it as special you can see they here

My opinion:
Remove "special" tag. Add "contest" tag, "campaign" tag (eye smiley), "classic" tag.

EDIT: OR don't remove "special" tag but add a description in brackets why is the smiley special (contest,campaign,classic)

I might suggest adding a bit of padding for the hundreds though

Maybe some padding around the page as well.

I'd just make the tooltip on the image and get rid of the ? marks.

Give the tables a 3px padding, and the page enough padding to get it off the edge of the screen.
