Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I think there should be an option to view profiles of forum guests.
I would like to see into my old ee.forumify profile and see my posts as well as other users that are dead.

Guests have no forum profiles. There is no additional information to be seen about guests. All was lost.

What if you were to merge the accounts? Doesn't that merge all the topics? or just the name?
My old forum account was named BenW (idek why)

Check out the Welcome PM I sent you for getting your accounts merged.
In reality it isn't really 2 accounts being merged. The guests are just posts without an account. Guest posts have a poster, a message, an ID, a topic ID, a posted time/date, but no account set as its author. So they show up as being posted by the guest account. When I "merge" an account, all I'm doing is running a command to the server that says "Find all posts by the guest account with the name 'BenW' and set the author to Benwanted's account." What I'm trying to say is that there isn't any account information to view. Guest posts are posts without an account to call home. They're more like ghost posts than guest posts.
