fullscreen problems

1) I go full screen

I click allow.
When you press Shift key in regular mode with edit, it will automatically switch you to the "blank" block on hot bar..
But, the shift key doesnt work in fullscreen mode
2) the graphics quality is so bad, looks very grainy
3) sometimes i accidentally click fullscreen and then click esc, suddenly, the players list has no scroll bar (if more than 10 people)
4) adding onto #3, instead of "no scroll bar," i move my mouse pointer onto the ee screen and i accidentally troll without clicking.
