You have to be in someone else's level for it to work. I wasn't able to recreate it otherwise.

Weird. I have done the bugs in the first 3 pics many times (though it fixes if I choose a different block then switch back to music blocks), but I've never had it completely disappear like in the last pic.

I've had the first 2 images happen every time I've been using music blocks frequently (where the red dot is way off but the keyboard has never moved away from its place).
