Inability to Donate Profile Colors

Gentlemen:

At my friend's request, I attempted to donate profile colors to his crew. However, when I went to the crew section of the shop, the only option I was presented with was to buy a crew myself. My friend tried to explain how to donate profile colors, and I got lost. Was I in the right spot, or is this just some kind of glitch? My friend said it might be because the site things I'm an alternate account, because I have so few purchases. I highly doubt this, but maybe he's right. As you can tell, I'm still a wild noob at this game, so assistance would be appreciated. My profile name is "redacted", if you need to know. Thank you!

Are you sure you have logged in to the crew? Because that's what I did when I added crew colors.

Make sure that you have his crew selected and it shows up in your crew tab before opening the shop.

Either you didn't have his crew selected, or he didn't give you the ability to edit the shop. I'm guessing its the latter.

You need at least 260 max energy to help the crew shop.
