[Going Home] Results

This thread contains the results of the August 2015 themed level design contest, "Going Home".

Despite the numerous limitations, almost all of the entries were very enjoyable and innovative. It was hard to choose the winners, but after much deliberation, the judges have decided, and the hype train has arrived!

The winners will be announced by the judges, in four batches:

Pyromaniac will announce the first batch: #10, #9, #8.
SmittyW. will announce the second batch: #7, #6, #5.
Stagecrew will announce the third batch: #4, #3.
Zoey2070 will announce the final batch: #2, #1.

Many levels did not place in the top ten, but they were nevertheless good levels.

After the winners are announced, the judges may give out their personal opinions on levels that stood out to them.

Thank you contestants and thank you judges!
I enjoyed organizing this contest.

I didn't compete (so no personal stake) but I'm really interested in the results just because there were so many really great maps.  I feel like people making contest maps pushed map design into new territory in a lot of ways.
