If crew has a subscribe system, why not users have it too? Maybe add some notifications when a world is released or something.

I would really like to see this made. However, seeing new updates might be difficult. Maybe users could join a special world with a bot in it, and pm the bot to get the new updates from their subscriptions. Or, perhaps users could join a crew and have them PM'd individually (not sure how crew's work though.)
