Scroll bar in news disappears when it shouldn't
I think you should be able to scroll until you can see the bottom of a notification box. At the moment it's like this:
You can't see the yellow border at the bottom. Really minor detail, but I don't like how the bottom of it is not visible.

Scroll down with your mouse wheel and a scroll bar will appear.

This bug also happens when you're choosing a tier from a campaign, except it doesn't fix when you use the scroll wheel.
A similar bug to this in the news section - if you scroll down and delete enough notifications for the scroll bar to no longer be needed (1 or 2 notifications still left), the scroll bar still stays there until you scroll.

I experienced this too.
Something other I noticed is that the scroll bar change back to the old size after removing contest if the cursor is on it.
