These titles below are examples of poor title choices in the subject/title of a new topic

General Discussion:
Why?
Ummm...
Somethings going on!
Bug Reports:
I found a bug. Oh did you now?
Mods fix this plz.
Questions and Answers:
Help me!

I don't see them very often, but they're annoying and can result in people making duplicate threads because the poster of the original topic wrote something like "Help me!".

Here's how you make a proper title:
Ask yourself, what are you talking about in the post?
The answer to that question is the title/subject of your post! Now copy/paste it into the top bar above your message and you're done!

I strongly agree. In other forums it's against the rules and results in a warning if your title is irrelevant or unclear.

I can't see anyone getting warned for that, even though with many of these titles.
