This is why EE hasn't added things bigger than 1 block (16x16) besides worlds.
Which are made up of 16x16 blocks. (Also, to be fair, smilies are 16x26. But still.)

Only their graphic is 16x26 (eg nutcracker smiley makes good use of this), but the collision mask (or whatever that's called) is a 16x16 square so it doesn't really matter in terms of gameplay.
