Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

PlayerIO default LAG

Hello there!

I was talking about this with nou yesterday... Given that playerIO has a default lag, what is such value if reduced to its possible minimum? If we have 0 PING on our PC I imagine EE would still lag...
Also correlated to this (even if not directly as it depends on hardware and not internet connection) what is max FPS on EE?

Re: PlayerIO default LAG

The default "lag" you're referring to if the time it takes for a message to go from your computer to Yahoo Games Network and back. There are artificially imposed delays as well, such as one block per 10 milliseconds or one chat message per 750 milliseconds (correct me if I'm wrong on that). There isn't a direct correlation between the maximum game frame-rate and the ping time between you and the game, however if it's large enough you would notice people jumping around.
