Custom Smilies?

I know this has been brought up before and turned down but I still think it is a good idea.
I think you should have a maximum of 6 slots for custom smilies and 1 slot costs 2000-3000 magic IMO.
Also, there should obviously be some sort of moderation system so people don't end up putting 'things' on their custom smilies.
If anyone has the time and desire to make a graphic design for the in game interface for this feature then go ahead because I simply do not have the time to do this right now.

They would have to add multiple members to the staff just to add this feature. Not worth it.
Plus, you could make a big spender, contests, superman. This would basically defeat the purpose of smilies in general

So if that feature is a bad idea then how about having tournaments?
People make their own smilies and send them to someone and the best 3 get put into the game or something along those lines.
Would that be a good idea? Because I think this would be really fun.
