Well you can always kick one guest, then all guests would be banned for 5 minutes, if that means something.

Would being able to report and temporarily IP ban guests work since not all of the guests are effected in a IP ban?

I also had guest-hackers in my world. they kept getting zombie and hack-infecting players. this is definetly about modmode/adminmode because of their behavior. im pretty sure this is the situation, not what arkona said.

It's not a hack, the guest is using Thanel's Invisible Player mod.

The mod makes your smiley invisible to anyone

no it doesn't, it only makes your invisible smiley invisible to you, everyone else sees whatever smiley you chose before.

the invisible guest is not the issue here, get on topic! -_-
we need to stop the tphackers (client-side-adminmoders) somehow besides kicking. until them i'm going to keep banning all guests. if they want to play in my world, they should login.
guests are the biggest mistake of ee. they are useless except playing anonymously. they should be removed. -_-

yes its because others' smileys update when they press a movement key and not when they die. <- most of the times

Even if they key-hack, you can just leave the world and be happy

The guest is just laggy and could have been in block when somebody placed block behind them
