Okay, but... can you tell us the solution?

You had to open the image with paint and fill the h with black to get this

Then you went to that world that had a sign with BASE64, you decoded BASE64 text and got a pastebin that had a reversed text cyphered with ROT13, decyphered and reversed the text to get another world ID, you got another sign with BASE64, decoded and got an image.

That's wingdings, you used a translator and got the coupon.
