Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Anarchism Simulator: 100% User Controlled

Welcome to Anarchism Simulator, a 100% user controlled forum game based on the foundations of anarchism and stateless societies.

For those new to the practice of Anarchism, the definition down to its bare bones is:

"A philosophy that defines self-governed voluntary institutions, run by the people without the State to govern upon them."

Note: This game advocates the main political philosophy of Anarchism, not a single branch of thought.

The point of the game is to run a 1000 Member society, with each player as their own member. Each player makes their own decision that affects other players. I will only be providing support if there is a Societal Expulsion, Death, Foreigner and/or Trespasser, or anything pertaining to problems of the Society.

Now, I will be explaining to you the many roles and areas of the 1000 Member Society that you can change and/or nullify.

Remember: This game is EXTREMELY COMPLEX! If you find yourself too immature to play it, please don't since this a serious forum game. I probably made a mistake of putting it on this forum since the community is very young, but I think they can handle it.

SOCIETAL CHOICES
- You may vote-expel a player from this society (basically a ban) IF you give a good reason. This will go through the Societal Court.
- You may NOT kill other members. If done so, it is a temporary expulsion from the Society.
- You may NOT destroy Societal Buildings. You may destroy anything other than that, but it may turn into an expulsion.
- You may initiate any choice you want if it pertains to the ongoing event.
- You are a functioning member of the Society; all choices will have a reaction. Please remember that.
- You can Idle (basically means you do nothing), but you cannot do meaningless tasks such as bouncing a ball, breathing, eating pie, etc. Only create meaningful choices that will help with an event.
- No double-posting.
- Stay real. Please, I beg you, don't do stuff like "Create a Bouncy House", "Destroy the Society and end the game", "Kill Everybody", etc. However, you may "Steal Food", "Host a Party", and stuff like that. Remember, it must be meaningful.
- You may do several actions at once that pertains to the Wall. Suggestions are kept to a minimum of 2 per person.

THE WALL
This is basically where all events + the news are held. I will post it every once in a while. Players will make decisions off of the wall. Let's say, for example:

WATER PIPE LEAKING: 15 Homes are losing water.

is one of the events, players can "Investigate", "Ignore", "Submit [Buy New Pipes] Solution to Court", etc.

There are also null events that are basically entertainment, for example:

James Polk held a baby shower. 11 Members attended. It was a boy.

It's all based off of common sense and logic.

THE SOCIETAL COURT
The court is basically all 1000 members of the society. You can submit ideas, expulsions, suggestions, etc. to the court. Players may vote for it whenever they want to, with a nice little blurb explaining why or why not the idea is relevant to the Society. For example:

Member wrote:

Suggestion to allow the buying of knives in the Market.

Member wrote: Vote Yes, we need knives in our lives for cooking and self-defense.
Member wrote: Vote Yes, knives are important because we can use it as protection and for every day jobs.
Member wrote: Vote No, knives are dangerous and should not be kept. It can cause people to get hurt.

After a ≥2/3 agreement has been reached, the idea is either admitted or abolished.

There are also "special" decisions that are very important and must be discussed immediately, for example:

EXPULSION OF A "Diana White" FOR THEFT AND PROPERTY DAMAGE

This needs players to discuss the expulsion and create actions such as "Investigate", "Vote Expell", "Vote Retain", etc.

As a bonus, you may also include suggestions to this forum post //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/smile

The selection of shoes at the Market is preposterous. The quality is below adequate and the price is extravagant. I propose a new shoe store to be built at the Market, allowing more shoes to be bought. Cost: $15,000

Daniel Carnegie, Age 22, Civilian wrote:

The buses arrive too slow. Make the bus drivers arrive 10 minutes earlier so our kids can actually get to school on time. Cost: $0

Iva Nonielli, Age 30, Nurse wrote:

We do not have enough Chicken Pox vaccines to give to the kids. We require funds for more Chicken Pox vaccines. Cost: $2,000

Avery Davis, Age 17, Student wrote:

Ban Alcohol. Cost: $0

Happy Tending!

TL;DR- There is no TLDR. Read it.
