useless, we have signs for it, also pictures are copied from minecraft

I think it's a thing in Minecraft. You could find books as items and read them.

So all this is, is signs but with a different UI, and the ability to compress more text into a single block? I think that while this could be helpful, the same can already be done with signs, so it's not really making much of a difference in terms of level building.

As much as I like this idea, EE is a sandbox game, not an RPG.
