Go button is useless

On the bottom of the page there is a Jump to section ,
when selecting anything from the combobox it already redirects me , so the button beneath it is kinda uselss.

Nothing on the forums is unchangeable, but I don't think I'll be changing this. Can't really think of a reason to remove the button without removing the whole thing. Does anybody actually use the quick jump box?

I would use it, if drop down lists were quicker to use. I'm the kind of person that likes everything organised in a way where it's all laid out in front of me and I can see everything at once. But that would look ugly, so yeah probably not happening.
