Replying to a spambot is "unofficially" against the rules. It may be officially added to the rules in the near future, but for the time being replying to the post won't get you a warning (I don't think).
Just don't reply to them, though. All it does is bring attention to the post where more users are vulnerable to seeing it. As Onjit said, report it and move on.

I never read spambot topics, and nobody has ever reported a post in a spam topic for minimodding.
