Shrink friends list
If you have a lot of friends online, it's annoying having to scroll down the list to check all of them because each friend takes up such a large space. It would be easier if each entry was scaled down so more friends would be visible at one time.

Or how about the arrows make a new section of friends appear every time you click it?
Instead of moving it slowly down.
