It isn't really "meant" for speakers of any specific language. Chris himself is a Dane. English is just one of the most frequently used languages on the planet, so he was probably like... let's have it appeal to the widest audience possible by using English. EE has a surprisingly large base of Portuguese (?) speakers.

But... yeah. Maybe someone who speaks another language and doesn't live in the GMT -5 timezone might be a good idea, but we also already have a ton of guardians.
