This is when context clues come into play, obviously we are talking about how rare they are, so why would he mention nerfing them if he was serious?
and I am curious as to why we even have energy thats not divisible by 5, I don't enjoy getting +1s because Id much rather keep my energy in increments of 5s Id even take rounding down my energy number, say I have 404, Id much rather take 400, the off numbers hurt me.
