Strange yellow border

When I purposely enter in an invalid code to get a gem coupon, a yellow border appears:

When I click on the border, it disappears.

The yellow border happened for me, I just assumed it was like a notification that something went wrong (invalid code)

When I entered in a really long gem "code" (just a random string) nothing happened. No yellow borders or anything. The same with entering nothing.

I just tried pressing tab and I got a bunch of yellow borders that changed whenever I pressed tab. I pressed it about 50 times, and sadly it didn't highlight the entire game though.

Yeah it has something to do with the focus when the window pops up.

I wonder if it has something to do with layers... Since there are 3... Hmm
