Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Somebody care to compare their results? I feel as if my results were not accurate.

i assume no keys were held?
for having all switches enabled, my system was pretty swift at that, mind timing it again?

ill time it again some time
and yes no keys were held
I used my 10 dollar stop watch so I'm sure these results aren't as accurate as possible.
EDIT: pingohits I still get .43 for enabled, and also how i time it is i press my button on my stop watch as soon as I hit the space key, then i press the stop button on my stopwatch as soon as I stop.
I could probebly make some kind of keyboard hooker to hook onto my keyboard for when I press space to start/stop for more accurate results, would you want me to do that?

@ninja
if you mind; i don't want this to be a hassle for you. do whatever you feel comfortable with. i'm simply saying it would be pretty nice to have accurate numbers for those three resetters

This is a very fast random switch selector.
Purple dot = 2>1
Away.

Do you have any recommendations on what software I can use to be even faster?
For now I'm quite sure those numbers are pretty accurate as on repeated tries they stay the same. I hit the "start" button as soon as i jump in and "stop" as soon as I get out. The stop button press is usually pressed after I've done it once and and already know when to press it, so the stop time might be biased based on in game FPS lag rate and maybe another factor.

perfectly 1 second
EDIT: not perfect but this is closer

anyone know how to build a random switch generator.
like, out of a set of 5 ids [1,2,3,4,5] it would randomly turn one on and the rest stay off.
color = #1E1E1E

link random portals with a switch resetter
of course the resetter goes first

is it faster than either of ours?

Horizontal switch reset system, exploit free, no portals used, slightly slower than my old (soulrunner's) design.

Just after we were talking about that one, I thought of an even smaller, even more terrible resetter:
that one is 4 and a bit blocks per switch (needs a boost every 9 switches), this one is just 4, because it can (effectively) be expanded infinitely :O

i mean technically can just make people hold right to use the resetter. i guess if we allow player movement its really easy to make a 2 block/switch (nontileable) resetter tho so...

:O Another incredibly small switch thing
This time its a 13 segment display (well technically 9 segment, because two are controlled by the same switch, and 3 dont toggle at all)
If its not showing a number it does look buggy though, so I wouldnt use it anywhere it might display nothing
(it works using a decimal input, so if you need a binary one, it wont work as well)

try thatthat's my version; i checked all arrow combinations along with odd and even switches; seems pretty stable
It seems like this one very occasionally doesnt work, and I have a feeling that someone had a fix, but cant remember it ... anyone know what it was?

it should work
make sure you come into system with high speed

1 boost at the start should be enough shouldnt it? And its not always the first few switches, sometimes ones half way down are switched on when it shouldnt be

that's very strange, need to investigate more
i believe there MAY be a fix, but it comes with stoppage (if you hold right you can stop in the system)
to the side, instead of the << >> boosts, try using only >>

Ok thanks, Ill try that

I saw this in a world by dudewithhat. It uses either a curse or zombie limit and one key color but can accurately separate the first any amount of players to enter the system. This is a huge improvement over other solutions which may require the crown or aren't reliable.
