Side Tab Thingies

I have no idea what to call them, lol.

The side tab things that expand when you hover over them (on the left side) that redirect to links related to ee are getting in my way.

Luckily they no longer expand if you happen to hover within an inch, but now I am unable to place blocks in that area, even when they are not expanded:

Anywhere that is highlighted will not accept a block placement unless I happen to be going into the area from the right side.

Now, I am probably one of the few people that makes the window for EE so small that this affects me, but it still is getting in the way. I like to keep the EE window tight in the browser so I can have other windows open to the side of EE.

So, just an FYI for if its an easy fix.
