Bot with Needed Tools

Is there a bot that does any of the following things?:

-Fill in a section outlined
-Copy and paste small things elsewhere in a map
-Copy worlds to other worlds
-"Eyedrop" (clicking on a color and finding related colored blocks)
-Saving maps

For your 'eyedrop' I guess.
Filling is really simple. Copying is meh. Copy worlds to other worlds (if buzzerbee adds it to his bot) can be done.

I can make one to copy and paste small things to other places in a map, copy worlds to other worlds(I have it made but idk if it still works), save maps and to fill a section outlined but not sure about eyedropping I can try if you want

The colorwheel is okay, but doesn't do what I want it to do.

I search "red" and almost everything appears.

The colorwheel is okay, but doesn't do what I want it to do.
I search "red" and almost everything appears.

There's a small black square on the right of the search bar: click on it
