Missing World

Months ago I sent an email to [email protected], and later [email protected] referring to a problem I had, but I never got a response from either. Maybe if I post it here someone will see it and be able to help.

Hi! I'm hoping that you can help me with a problem that I'm having. So, I recently played EE again after a few month hiatus, and to be honest it's nice to be back. While on, a friend of mine, MarioRk brought up an old world that I had made, called Club Penguin on EE. I told him I remembered the world (because I remember editing it), but I couldn't find it. I looked in my lobby, it wasn't there. So, I went to the shop to look at buying a new world, and it said I had two 400x200 worlds, when my lobby only showed one.

So, I thought to look in the search bar, and sure enough, "Club Penguin on EE" shows up, with "MINE" underneath it. I click on the play button, and I am sent to a completely empty world, that is apparently untitled. I also don't have command access at all in the world. So sure, maybe somehow everything got wiped off the world, but I don't know how the heck it would disappear from my lobby and all like that, and take away my command access. So, I'm assuming (and hoping) that it's a technical problem that can be fixed, or that something can be done in general so that I have a properly working 400x200 world to rebuild on (if it comes to that).

P.S. My account name is simply Penquino, and the email attached to it is. And, once again, the world name is (or once was?) Club Penguin on EE. Thanks again for your help.

P.S.S.- Actually, I sent the above email to "[email protected]" in October, but never received a response. So I'm really hoping someone from the new support team can help me. Thanks!

Maybe somebody knows how to fix this, or can contact the current EE staff to look into this problem? The world still shows for me under search, but the same problem is still there.

It's a problem that has occurred for many people (including me) that I'm fairly sure has no way of being fixed as of yet. The current guardians /should/ know of this (was posted numerous times on the old forums which most of them browsed), but I'm not sure if the old devs (e.g mrshoe) knew of it.

This may happened because the save button didn´t work when you tried to save, or maybe the world data got lost.

It's because of updates when worlds were from a long time ago.

I have one missing small world. It showed 2 on lobby when the shop said 3.

my 100X400 world didint show in the lobby and in my profile. many people have this problem

Ive had some worlds do that before. I just don't use them so It doesnt bother me
