Yes, how to request a move:
1. Click Report button, near Woot.
2. Say something like: "This fits more in XXX".
3. Ta-Da.

Can we have the option to move it on our own? A forum I go to has that function. It also has the option to leave a "shadow" copy of itself in the previous subforum.

We have the option to leave shadow topics but we don't because it's just clutter. I couldn't give topic owners the ability to move their topics without modifying FluxBB a bit. I'm not sure how to go about that immediately because I've never modified that part of the forums before.
