forums not working?
a lot of ppl (anch, bobithan, etc) have said that they cant get on fail or on here
obviously only some ppl are having this problem considering there r ppl online
they're getting a 403 -- forbidden error or it just says 'page not loading'

That's very weird. If there were some sort of permissions problems I would expect it to affect everyone. What's the exact message? Can I get a screenshot PM'd to me?

This problem is being caused by cloudflare and should only affect users on the east coast and in south america.
Sadly I can do nothing except tell them to use proxies that are not located on the east coast and/or south america. ;_;
