These are the questions that keep me up at night

When does a graphics suggestion become a game suggestion? Recently there have been a few topics that have been suggesting smilies and blocks without actually providing any graphics. Are these still graphics suggestions because they're technically suggesting graphics? Or are they game suggestions because they haven't posted their own graphics like the forum's description instructs?

Maybe entire threads shouldn't be dedicated to "make a monkey smiley that wears a hat" with no graphics to back up the suggestion. It feels more like clutter than any suggestion of worth

I could make a topic sledgehammer for just graphics ideas so that the actual creators have a place to get ideas from when they run out.

Create a thread like "List of Graphic Requests" and if anyone that actually makes graphics sees a good idea, they can make it? I'd think that is a good idea.

Either that, or put a blanket ban on graphic suggestions that have no graphics

I think:

If the poster is specifically showing off an idea, going no further it should be in the game suggestion
If the poster wants to show off rather their graphics for a revamping of an old theme or graphics for their idea it should be in the graphics suggestion, as even though it may be a suggestion for the game their topic is focused on the graphics.

It doesn't really matter, so long as you don't get game suggestions with no graphics in the graphics suggestions or revamped graphics in the games suggestions forum it shouldn't really cause that much trouble and the poster can place it where ever they feel it should go.
