Signs not showing full message

You type a message into a sign, and it doesn't show the full message to players, and cuts off at a certain point in the message. Please fix

I thought that was by design... To, ya know, prevent them blocking the entire screen.

This would be great if you could press "Y" in a sign to see the full message instead the message pop-up when touching the sign.

I also think that you should alow longer messages in chat...

That would make it much easier, and you wouldn't need to buy as many signs. Plus sign popups wouldnt block chat or gameplay anymore.
