Enable cake smileys

Basically it's a checkbox that will show cake smilies in the smiley list instead of normal smilies when ticked.
Should be a thing u can buy in the shop.
It is unticked by default unless the mods change it. (players who don't buy the checkbox will use default)
Everyone can see your cake smiley and you can see everyone's normal smiley.
Cake smileys are smileys that's have hats during ee birthday.
