PM Error correction

So... I have been sending PMs

when I send PMs I sometimes get this message:

"The following errors need to be corrected before the message can be posted:
At least 45econds have to pass between sends. Please wait a little while and try send the message again."

I mean it is super obvious the 45econds should be 45 seconds.

Yet it does not let me send a PM again for a while.

I guess it's because it does not provide a space wherein the correction can be placed. The correction space needs to be added.
