well, when i tried to full screen, i was the goodsmile client, but i could not chat as her/him or move, i moved as my normal client user (100lol) but after her/him left the whole screen froze at that point that he/she left

You clicked on his name, not the question mark on the right, but his actual name, to bring it back to regular view, you have to click on your own name.

I think there should be a indicator, like an eye, on the left upper corner, when you're in spectator mode. And when you click on it you get back to your player.
