Cannot play any world

I cannot play any world in EE:

When I try to go to any world, it takes to lobby screen and say that message:

"That account is banned"

Now there's no way to play any world.
I don't know which rules I was breaking, unfortunately.

How I can fix that?
I want to play something

(note the real message is "This account is temporary banned due to abuse or fraud". But I didn't do any abuse nor give any informations)

contact nvd or any of the guardians :/ did u share your account to someone else?
