Invisible Signs
I feel like adding invisible signs will be very beneficial to many level creators, mainly because the current sign sprite might not fit with a certain level theme.
Creating an invisible sign/any other way of showing text in a level w/o the sign would be a very nice addition to EE.
If this could be implemented, it could probably just be a regular sign colored gray, only visible to the owner.

This idea could also work with horror maps like Bloody Mary by Ethans.
