Also, I'm thinking we put Guardians in their own user group with some moderation abilities. Guardians probably have enough to deal with just in EE, I don't want to drag them away from that to clean up over here.

You could just make guardians moderators with different titles and not expect them to moderate forums…

Zoey2070 does sound like a good forum mod though probably 97%

Not quite sure about Zoey. Maybe Onjit, as he seems pretty chill. Ratburntro, maybe, but he is infamous for enforcing Unlisted Rules™ and Confusing Rules™. The in-game staff team seems fine. Processor and Cyral seem like nerds that do not really seem like they would do moderation. They seem more like the people who do nerd rituals, code, leave their computers on 24/7 and meditate on those types of things.

I should add I have experience moderating some pretty large (18000+ users) subreddits as well as being chosen as a trial mod for a set of large videogame servers (before leaving/being kicked out due to not liking them)

I think it might be to early to decide on these. First get the core staff (out of the Guardians maybe) and then choose on how people behave in here.
