HACKED ACCOUNT - NEED TO CHANGE PASS. NOT WORKING. MODs - PLZ HELP!

My account (jskrasnove) was hacked by joboekstra or some username like that and its not changing my pass to get rid of him and he is trolling my worlds! How can I stop this?!
I tried changing my pass two days ago when he hacked JSKRASNOVe and 2 days passed and my pass still hasnt changed! He is ruining my hard work for my crew and my bosses and EVERYTHING. Please help me! I don't know what to do.
Can a mod help ban him or something? Or help me change my pass? I sent the change   request to my email and did that and it still hasnt changed!! How long do I have to wait to just change my pass?

PLEASE HELP!

When you sent the change password request did you check your email (including spam box) and find the email sent by everybody edits, and click the link to change the pass?

Yes. I filled all that out and it sent. It said password change was succesful but nothing has happened yet. It still hasnt changed pass though.

Seriously. Jobhoekstra (I found out thats the real username) that asked me that. i said no. He hacked my account and my pass was never changed and started advertising.

I was off of EX Crew Shift and fir3fli3 said the hacker came onto the account and advertised gems. That wasn't me which proves it was the hacker.

Yes he is trying to get other people's information by using JSKRASNOVE. I really hope that my password changes soon.

Oh my gosh, the hacker got my account banned from EX CREW Shift. It wasn't me so I'm soo sad. I love that level!

So the password did not change or it changed but he got ahold of the new one?

Change it again, taking screenshots at each step for us so we can track what you are doing.

You can also email benjaminsen if you think the system is indeed broken

Jobhoekstra is a massive shared account, theres a video on youtube with the details to access that account and a couple of other massive shared accounts including Polska, they should all be banned..

I agree. Massive sharing should not be allowed.
I believe that JSKRASNOVE is safe now and jobhoekstra cannot access my account anymore!

This is random but: blackman should be banned for life from everybody edits for harrasment. He called me every bad word and wont leave my worlds.

I hate shared accounts and I'm so sorry for you... Also I've heard somewhere hackers can get someone's password using only their email. This technique might've leaked somewhere... This is terrible.

I was thinking about just the same stuff these days. You describe the way it is. In a symphony orchestra, basically you spend half of your time trying to be a great sound amplifier. It is a great craft, but not such an artistic storytelling job. But anyhow, when you accept the symphony job, you have to provide the (good solid) sound thats needed in the context of the big hall, no artistic excuses possible. The jazz artists focusses on storytelling and let the amps do the sound production job. Or am I missing your point Sonic Soldier is really a nice way to describe it .
