The controls are BIASED.
You can hold space + up + right, but you can't hold space + up + left. It's either up OR left.
WSAD, however, you can do both with no problems at all.
I think Peter is being biased.
Test this theory. Just move around while holding space and you'll see what I mean.

it has nothing to do with the game, it has to do with the keyboard. it can only recognize certain combinations of simultaneous key presses. space, up, and left is one of those not recognized. issue solved kinda.
