It is his wish to say that he can hate the mods and say bad words. However, if going out of control, such as delivering death threats to so many people or calling people rubish and stuff, then that's when action is required for moderators and administraters to take control.
However, this is not a big deal if this "mottxqby" is saying bad words and nothing else, then there is nothing we can do about it, but just to ignore and probably leave the level that he created.
This topic is in the wrong section also, and I do not think this topic was actually needed.

I have yet to meet a person that can give an example of how someone is a bad mod. They all say "(name) is such a bad mod!" "Example?" *silence*

If this person is really being inappropriate, post his name (and some evidence) here. If he's just saying he doesn't like the mods, he does have freedom of speech to an extent.
