Jad Banned me...

My username is KanibalFrost, i know it is only allowed to have one account but i was forced to make another one.
Yesterday, JadElClemens banned me. This is the message i got:

You are banned from this forum. The ban expires at the end of 2012-07-18. The administrator or moderator that banned you left the following message:

Your signature is too large - this is your fifth warning, you have been banned for a month. ~Jad

I know this is more than the max allowed, but JadElClemens banned me for it while having a 1059 x 200 px signature!
I've seen some other forum users have too large signatures too and they didn't get banned, it is not fair that JadElClemens banned only me.

This is JadElClemen's signature:

To Moderators (Except Jad) - You can ban/delete this account after you have read this, i don't need it anymore, this post was all i intended with it.

I request my warning to be deleted, either that or give JadElClemens a warning as well, although he is a moderator he can't disobey the rules!

The warning and ban are both valid in accordance with our regulations.   Your signature (approx 320px) exceeds 300 pixels in height and therefore you received a warning.   That put your warning total up to 5, which means a one month ban.   Now, I suggest you read our warning policy and the rules more carefully next time before you start to evade bans.

Are you friggin' kidding me?
Every second forum user has signature that is larger than the max allowed.
I found 6 too large signatures in 2 minutes on only one page of a single topic.

MrScaniaV8Super - 470 pixels in lenght
Fir3Fli3 - 620 pixels in lenght
Basiscool - 480 pixels in width
Gtaa - 440 pixels in lenght
Kirby1394 - 885 pixels in lenght
Asurch - 750 pixels in lenght
...

(I did not post those usernames above to get them banned too, i'm just showing you that there are a lot of people with too big signatures.)

Stop being childish and just give me my account back, i have never done anything on the forums to intentionally do demage or hurt anyone, a warning for a few pixels too many in width is just ridiculous!

Generally you don't want to call people with more power childish and then demand things of them. Rules are rules, you don't even have to have a signature. Also, there are
Plenty of reports that are for big sigs, which we will get around to. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Well then i could just report JadElClemens, but it wouldn't be of any help really, he would just delete his warning and ignore it...

Or give himself a warning and realize that one warning does not make a ban.

Just FYI, Jad's signature is rules compliant.   There is NO regulation on the width of the signature, only the height.
