Is There Any Way To Change Your Avatar?

I know as stupid as it may sound but I really want to know how (if) you change your avatar Please tell me if its possible or how you can I've tried to change it but it keeps going back to my default one

Clear your cache after changing it, that should work.

Usually I just refresh after saving it. Works every time.
