guess my fav pokemon

my real fav is arceus (obvioulsy) but i want you to guess my favorite non-legendairy pokemon. First to guess it right gets a +rep.
hints:
1. it is NOT pikachu OR arceus (guess them and get a -rep)
2. it is fire type
3. it is from gen.4

NEW RULES
1. if you post a pokemon to guess, you need to +rep the first person to guess it correctly

Is it Infername
Now since this is a game im going to asume I can make the next person guess my favourate. I will be a bit more vague.
1. It's weight is 5.0kg
2. It's the only pokemon that can learn recover and magic leaf
3. It's japanese name sound's almost identical to it's english.

A quite large Pokemon.
Its color is red.

Muffin if it's groudon then that is not fire type it's 100% ground.
And haze there are no two worded pokemon.

(on topic) try this one: it is a gen.2 bird pokemon (i know that it is not a lot of info but adding anything would give it away);)

Location: Anywhere where it's raining.
Color: Theres all sorts of colors of it i don't remember!
Profile: Umm... It looks like a squid on a cloud.
                               Cmon! This is so easy!
[EDIT] @St Cool there is a two worded pokemon they sometimes put "dark" in some pokemon that got turned into dark pokemon.
Anyways it was "Dark Kyogre" i think its name was Kyogre...

The only legitimate place to catch it is in generation _ .
It has an evil counterpart.
