If you are trying to make a real hand:
The hand is too smooth. Try to make imperfections.
The shading is off. I notice you use a redish color for dark shading, but it doesn't work. Don't make the brightness and darkness shading over the hand be too strong. They should each match a peach sort of color. Don't forget to add those wrinkles between the proximal phalanx and middle phalanx. The bending fingers doesn't look straight as well. They look like they bend as if they are rubber.

Can I edit the hand a little on GIMP? I wanna make it less blurry, and apply effects and stuff.

also it seems wierd that some edges are blurred but some not.
but overall it's pretty good
