Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

The New Crew Forum Designer
I got permission from JadElClemens to take over his idea of designing crew forums for people. You can see an example of my work here. Here's how it works:
1. You make a crew.
2. Post here saying what you want your url to be (i.e.: 32crew.forumify.com, ee.forumify.com)
3. In that post, say what forums you want to be included. For instance, if you were making the Everybody Edits forums, you would say:
CATEGORY: Announcements
SUB-CATEGORIES: Everybody Edits Announcements, Forum Announcements
CATEGORY: Everybody Edits
SUB-CATEGORIES: General Discussion, Groups, Rooms, Level Creation, Questions and Answers
CATEGORY: Feedback
SUB-CATEGORIES: Graphics Suggestions, Forum Discussion, Bug Reports
CATEGORY: Off-Topic
SUB-CATEGORIES: Off-Topic, Creative, Introductions, Forum Games, Topic Graveyard
4. (Optional) Give an image you want to be the header.
5. Tell me what username you want the administrator to have.
6. PM me the email you want the administrator to have.
7. You will be PM'ed with a link to the forum, a TinyURL link to it, and the administrator password.
That's it!

Hmm... You don't do much CSS on there. All you did was add a logo on top. Anyone can just go make one on forumify.com and use 100% nevblack.

But a lot of people don't have time on their hands to go on Forumify and set it up. Also, many people don't know how to add an image.
EDIT. My dad (whose job is to make websites) is teaching me more CSS.

I'd like to request TFco.forumify.com
Go to TFcrew.forumify.com to see what I'd like it to be like. The main part is the categories, forums, and descriptions. Once those are all in place, I can go ahead and do minor aesthetic changes. It has no custom CSS whatsoever, and I can handle the custom links myself. All I want you to do is transfer the categories, forums, and their descriptions.

I didn't necessarily say I didn't want you to add them, I just said the main thing I wanted done was the transfer of categories, forums, and descriptions.

Well, I suppose if you told me what custom links you wanted me to carry over...but I think you can do that. And also in the rules, you tried to use BBCode, like {url}link{/url}. It should be HTML, like <a href="link">text</a>
