I have seen a lot of people talking pictures for their avatar and not using the internet's pictures. I want a picture where I take the picture, but I need camera that allows me to take a 90 by 90 picture. Please tell me the camera. (When I say camera, I mean a camera like bandicam.)(Bandicam wont let us go that small, do don't say Bandicam.)

1. Moved to creative.
2. Most people resize the pic in Paint. They don't take the photo in 90x90 pix.

You can also crop them to be 90x90 in Paint, which would explain how the smilies are full-sized.

You can also crop them to be 90x90 in Paint, which would explain how the smilies are full-sized.

Or you can just go to taskbar > start > all programs > accessories > snipping tool.
