Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

ATI and nVidia fans, I need help!

Since I'm about to purchase a new graphics card pretty soon, I've decided to go all out and buy the absolute best graphics card in the market. However, I've been checking out reviews and specifications on   both of them and they both seem really solid in different ways.

I need help in deciding which one of these cards is the better one and why. Remember, price is not a factor. I can afford both of these at the moment so I'm only interested in the best performance.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 480 vs. ATI Radeon HD 5870

And... shoot! //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue

Well... why do you need the new graphics card?

To both maximize gaming performance and the computer's performance in terms of design software. (Like Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, etc..)

I have ATI... no clue what difference it makes... my computer's performance is sooo crappy... probably should go with nVidia, tbh.
