img picture help.

hello everyone its me Y0shii, i here to ask how do i get a picture into my displaybox u know the box that shows everytime u post something, like rpgmaster2000's is him in space and it says his name and like graphic designer,
so if any1 could help with this that would be great, liek maybe give me a link to a site that shows picutres already made or some can send me a guide on how to do this that would be realyl great,thanks
