Tech trouble

Hey sometimes when I'm bored I go to Window's paint but lately when I save and exit and come back there are so many pixels that don't allow me to use the fill option (I use ALOT) someone please help me is this something solvable or unsolvable??

don't use paint. It's pretty much useless since pixlr and The GIMP are free. These can fill when paint can't because they have adjustable tolerance and paint is set to 0.

Also download Adobe Photoshop c(:.You can do pixel art(but it's hard).But you can do everything.
